  • peaches
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. half and half
  • nutmeg
  • butter

Directions

    Line pie crust with peaches, half side up.

    Mix the sugar and flour; sprinkle over peaches.

    Add the half and half; sprinkle with nutmeg and dot with butter.

    Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Turn back oven to 375° until done, about 30 minutes.
