  • 5 cups peaches
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 34 cup water
  • 85 g peach Jell-O, package

Directions

    Slice peaches into baked pie crust.

    Boil together sugar, cornstarch and water.

    Add the jelly powder.

    Cook until thick and pour gently over sliced peaches.

    Chill at least 2 hours, serve with whipped cream.
