Fresh Pineapple-Mango Smoothie

  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1 mango, cut up
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup low-fat strawberries or 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 4 fresh strawberries (optional)

Directions

    combine the pineapple, mango and juice in a blender.

    add the yogurt and cinnamon to the blender.

    fill 4 tall drinking glasses with ice cubes.

    pour the smoothie over the ice, garnish each glass with a strawberry (if using) and serve.
