- 3 c. quartered fresh plums
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. butter/oleo
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. flaky buttermilk biscuits
- melted oleo/butter
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- sugar mixture
Directions

1Combine plums and pineapple tidbits in a 10-inch ovenproof baking dish.

2Mix sugar and cornstarch together and stir into fruit mixture.

3Dot with butter/oleo and bake in a 400° preheated oven and top with biscuits.

4Brush biscuits with melted butter/oleo and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

5Continue baking at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes longer.

6Serve warm.

7This is a great dish for brunch or can be topped with whipped cream or ice cream for dessert.
