- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 c. fresh raspberries
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Combine in large bowl the flour, cornstarch, salt and sugar. Add raspberries and the lemon juice; blend thoroughly.

2Turn into pastry lined pan; dot with the butter.

3Place top crust over filling; seal and flute.

4Bake in hot oven at 450° for 10 minutes, then reduce oven to 350°.

5Continue baking for 30 to 35 minutes.
