  • 14 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 6 tablespoons sour cream
  • 14 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon cayenne
  • 2 lbs crabmeat
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 13 cup cornmeal
  • 12 cup vegetable oil

Directions

    Wish butter, eggs, sr cream, parsley, lemon juice, Wrchst sauce, paprika, salt, cayenne, and stir in crab meat and bread crumbs.

    Form 1/2 cup measures 3/4 inch think and place cakes on baking sheet.

    Sprinkle with cornmeal.

    Cover and chill 1hr to overnight.

    Heat oil in skillit and fry 2-4 min each side.
