- 1 qt. fresh raspberries
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 c. cold water
- 3 Tbsp. raspberry jello
Directions

1Bring 1 cup water and sugar to a boil.

2Mix cornstarch with 1/3 cup cold water; add to boiling mixture.

3Simmer until thick and clear.

4Add raspberry jello, stirring well.

5Remove from fire.

6Place fresh raspberries in baked pie shell (use a 9-inch pie shell).

7Pour thickened filling over the berries.

8Refrigerate pie for several hours before serving.

9Serve with whipped cream; garnish with several whole raspberries.
