- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/3 to 2 c. sugar **
- pastry for two-crust pie
Directions

1Mix rhubarb with flour and sugar.

2Dot with 1 1/2 tablespoons butter.

3Pour in pastry-lined pan and top with crust which has slits cut in it.

4Bake until brown at 400°, 40 to 50 minutes.
