  • 4 to 5 c. fresh rhubarb *
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/3 to 2 c. sugar **
  • pastry for two-crust pie

Directions

    Mix rhubarb with flour and sugar.

    Dot with 1 1/2 tablespoons butter.

    Pour in pastry-lined pan and top with crust which has slits cut in it.

    Bake until brown at 400°, 40 to 50 minutes.
