- 2 lb. green chiles (fresh)
- 2 lb. yellow chiles (fresh)
- 1 lb. jalapenos (fresh)
- 2 cans tomato sauce (small)
- 1 can stewed tomatoes (large)
- 2 onions
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 jar (small) Pace hot salsa
Directions

1In a large frying pan, cook all the chiles until black on each side, then cut chiles down the middle and remove all the seeds. Dice chiles real small.

2Put into a large saucepan.

3Chop onions and tomatoes real small.

4Put into pan with chiles.

5Add the Pace salsa to other ingredients in pan.

6Also, add tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes and 1 cup of water.

7Let simmer for about 1 hour.

8Make sure to add about 1 tablespoon of garlic salt.

9Make sure to mix all ingredients well before simmering.

10Makes about 6 pounds of salsa.
