Ingredients

  • 2 c. fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped fine (can use one 14 oz. can tomatoes, drained and chopped)
  • 3/4 c. onion, chopped fine
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1/4 c. jalapeno pepper, chopped fine
  • 1/4 c. chilies, chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • cilantro to taste, chopped (optional)

    Combine all ingredients.

    Let stand at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
