  • 1/2 whole Red Onion
  • 4 whole Roma Tomatoes
  • 1/2 whole Green Pepper, Chopped
  • 1/2 whole Cucumber, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to distribute flavors.

    Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow flavors to set.
