- 1 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons grated gingerroot
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 12 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 bunch scallion
- 1 lb salmon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Mix syrup, ginger root, lemon juice, soy and garlic in a saucepan and bring to boil, stirring occasionally.

3Remove mix from heat.

4Grease appropriately sized baking pan with cooking spray or other greasing agent.

5Trim white bulb from scallions and discard, lay out greens of scallions in the bottom of the pan in a bed.

6Place salmon on scallion bed.

7Pour syrup mixture over salmon.

8Bake at 350 until fish is tender and flaky.
