  • 1 medium onion
  • 5 to 6 peppers
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

    Mix well and place in glass quart jar with tight lid.

    This will last in the refrigerator a month.

    The longer it sets the better it gets.
