  • 3 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 2 pt. fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell

    Mix sugar, strawberries, Jell-O, cornstarch and salt in medium saucepan.

    Stir in boiling water.

    Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.

    Boil 3 minutes.

    Cool completely.

    Arrange berries in baked pie shell.

    Pour glaze over berries.

    Chill several hours.
