  • 2 cups Penne Pasta, Whole Wheat
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Chopped
  • 6 whole Tomatoes, Chopped (vine Ripe Is Best)
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 cups Basil-fresh Chopped
  • 4 Tablespoons Parmesan, Grated

Directions

    Cook pasta according to directions on package.

    Drizzle the olive oil into a hot skillet and add the chopped garlic.

    Saute the garlic until golden but dont let it turn brown!

    Add the chopped tomatoes and let them cook at medium heat for about 8-10 minutes.

    Add salt to taste.

    Turn off the heat and add the fresh basil.

    You can chop or tear it.

    Stir and check salt and adjust to your taste.

    Drain pasta and place a cup of the cooked pasta in each individual serving bowl.

    Scoop a generous serving of the sauce onto the pasta and sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan on top.
