- 2 cups Penne Pasta, Whole Wheat
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 6 whole Tomatoes, Chopped (vine Ripe Is Best)
- Salt To Taste
- 1/2 cups Basil-fresh Chopped
- 4 Tablespoons Parmesan, Grated
Directions

1Cook pasta according to directions on package.

2Drizzle the olive oil into a hot skillet and add the chopped garlic.

3Saute the garlic until golden but dont let it turn brown!

4Add the chopped tomatoes and let them cook at medium heat for about 8-10 minutes.

5Add salt to taste.

6Turn off the heat and add the fresh basil.

7You can chop or tear it.

8Stir and check salt and adjust to your taste.

9Drain pasta and place a cup of the cooked pasta in each individual serving bowl.

10Scoop a generous serving of the sauce onto the pasta and sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan on top.
