- 1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 c. cubed Italian bread
- 4 large tomatoes, chopped
- 2 c. chopped fresh basil
- 1 lb. capellini (angel hair)
- 1/4 c. virgin olive oil
- freshly ground black pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Toss bread with butter and 2/3 of garlic.

3Put on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

4Add a little salt.

5Toss tomatoes with basil and rest of garlic.

6Cook pasta in 4 quarts boiling water according to package directions. Add drained pasta to tomatoes and croutons.

7Add freshly ground pepper.

8Drizzle olive oil over and mix well. Serves 6.
