Fresh Tomato Salsa

Ingredients
- 4 large plum tomatoes
- 1/2 c. chopped yellow onion
- 1/4 c. chopped cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 or 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut tomatoes and add all other ingredients.

2Place in a medium size bowl.

3Add olive oil and lime juice.

4Stir ingredients together.

5Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve with tortilla chips. Makes 2 cups.

6Can be stored for up to a week.
