- 2 to 3 lb. fresh turkey breasts
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
- 3 medium potatoes, cut in quarters
- 2 medium onions, cut
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 medium carrots, cut
- 3 stalks celery, cut
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Mix butter, thyme, rosemary,

3tarragon and garlic.

4Drizzle 1/2 over turkey in shallow roasting pan.

5Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes.

6Add remaining ingredients to pan and drizzle with remaining butter mixture.

7Bake, covered, for 1 hour. Make gravy with the juice.
