- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 12 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 12 cups warm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Directions

1Combine flours and salt into a large mixing bowl.

2Make a hole in the middle of the flour in a volcano-shape.

3Add olive oil and FIRST cup of water in the middle.

4Mix until a dry dough starts to form.

5Begin to add the rest of the water in intervals until a wet but not sticky dough forms.

6You may not use the entire half cup.

7Knead dough until it clearly becomes elastic.

8You will need to dust the dough with flour at some points during this process so it does not become sticky.

9If too dry, dip your finger tips in water and continue to knead until the dough reaches the correct texture.

10Wrap dough in plastic wrap and let sit under a bowl (turned upside down) for 30-60 minutes.

11Roll out (extremely thin), cut, and shape as desired.

12*Tip: Divide dough into 4-5 separate pieces to simplify rolling out the dough.

13Smaller pieces of dough are easier to roll out to the correct thickness.

14Cook in heavily salted boiling water until pasta floats to the top.

15This should not take more than a few minutes.

16Serve with your favorite sauce.
