Fresh Vegetable Pizza

  • 2 (8 oz. each) cans crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Bon Appetit
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • onion, pepper, carrots, cauliflower, olives, tomatoes or any desired vegetables
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese (optional)

Directions

    Press rolls into an ungreased jellyroll pan to appear like all one crust.

    Bake for 10 minutes at 350° or until golden brown. Cool.

    Mix the softened cream cheese, salad dressing and spices well.

    Spread onto crust.

    Then sprinkle finely diced or shredded vegetables on crust.

    Peel skin from tomatoes and scoop out centers, using only outside and dice.

    (Spread tomatoes on right before serving as they tend to weep.)

    Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese all over top.
