- 1 pkg. Hearty Grain biscuits
- 1 (8 oz.) container plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 to 2 tsp. horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. seeded tomatoes, chopped
- 1 c. broccoli flowerets
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped green onion
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Separate biscuits and place in an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.

2Press biscuits over bottom and 1-inch up sides. Seal perforations.

3Bake 14 to 19 minutes or until golden brown.

4Cool completely.

5Blend plain yogurt, horseradish, salt and pepper. Spread over crust.

6Top with remaining ingredients.

7Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese over top.

8Bake at 375° for 12 to 15 minutes.
