Ingredients
- 250 grams Minced meat (beef and pork mix)
- 1/2 *Carrot
- 1 *Onion
- 2 *Green peppers
- 1/2 *Celery
- 1 clove *Garlic
- 1/2 piece *Ginger
- 1/2 Tomato
- 1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 150 ml Water
- 250 ml Red wine
- 1 Soup stock cube
- 2 blocks Curry roux of your choice
- 1/2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp Japanese Worcestershire-style Sauce
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 1/2 tsp Instant coffee powder
- 1 Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 Garam masala
- 2 Boiled eggs
Directions

1Chop all the * ingredients.

2Peel the tomato and chop roughly.

3Coat a pan or frying pan with vegetable oil and fry garlic and ginger.

4When fragrant, add the rest of the* ingredients and fry until the onion becomes translucent.

5Turn off the heat.

6Add 150 ml of water and minced meat.

7Stir with a wooden spatula to crumble the meat.

8By doing so, you can break up the minced meat well and it won't clump together too much.

9Turn on the heat again.

10Bring to a boil over high heat and skim off the grease and scum floating to the surface.

11Turn down the heat to medium and add red wine, tomato and soup stock cube.

12Simmer until the vegetables become tender.

13Add the ingredients and simmer.

14(Simmer until it reaches your desired consistency.

15I like it rather loose.)

16Season with salt and pepper at the end and turn off the heat.

17Add garam masala to taste.

18Finely chop the boiled eggs.

19It is easier and looks nicer if you mash with a potato masher.

20Transfer to a serving plate, put the eggs on top and it's done!

23If you use a mild curry roux, you may not need honey.
