- 1 egg
- tamari or soy sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- pepper

Directions

1In a wok or large frying pan, heat oil.

2Beat egg with 2 tablespoons of water until frothy.

3Pour into hot pan and let set. Using a spatula, cut egg into strips and scramble.

4Add onion. Cook 1 minute.

5Add rice and enough soy sauce to turn it brown. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

6Add vegetables and chopped meat.

7Stir well until heated through.
