Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground chuck, turkey, pork whatever you wish to make chili with
  • 2 LARGE onions
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 16oz cans of kidney beans
  • 2 14.5 oz cans of stewed and/or diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups (tomato) water
  • 8 oz tomato paste
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
  • 2 TBS chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp tobacco
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1.5 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook onion, garlic and ground meat until browned over med/hi heat.

    Drain

    Stir in beans, tomatoes, water, paste and all of the remaining herbs and ingredients

    Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and let simmer at least an hour.
