  • 3 lbs. apples
  • 1/2-3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 stick of margarine
  • 1 t. cinnamon, or apple pie spice

Directions

    Peel and slice apples, or leave peel on.

    Melt margarine in a medium to large skillet over medium heat.

    Add apple slices-fry until tender.

    Add brown sugar, more or less depending on tartness.

    Serve warm.
