- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Stir dry ingredients together.

2Add eggs, milk and oil.

3If mixture becomes too thick, add 1 tablespoon milk.

4Cut bananas into 2 to 3-inch pieces.

5Dip into Tempura batter and fry quickly in very hot oil until golden brown.

6Blot on paper towels and serve while hot.
