- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 8 c. flour (approximately)
- oil for deep frying
Directions

1Beat eggs; add baking powder and mix in flour enough to make smooth dough, like pasta dough.

2Let dough rest (even overnight). Roll dough out thin and cut in 6-inch strips x 2 inches wide. Make slit in middle.

3Fold one end through slit to make twist. Place in hot oil; fry to golden.

4Place on paper towel to absorb oil.

5Serve plain or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
