Ingredients
- 400 ml Bread (strong) flour
- 1 tsp Instant dry yeast
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 100 ml Milk and water
- 50 ml Flour for dusting
Directions

1Place the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt into a bowl.

2Combine the water and milk and microwave until warmed to 110-120F (43-48C).

3Add Step 2 to Step 1 and mix.

4Knead (by hand) for 5 minutes.

5Let sit in a warm location until it doubles in size (about 45-60 minutes).

6Punch out the air and divide into 6 equal portions.

7Round each portion and let sit for 5 minutes.

8Roll out each portion of dough into 13-m diameter balls.

9Make 2 4-cm slits in the dough.

10Heat oil until 180C and deep-fry the dough.

11As soon as the dough is placed in the oil, it will expand.

12Deep-fry each side for 1 minute for a total of 2 minutes.

13Only flip them over once.
