- 1 head fresh broccoli
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. oil
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, diced
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Chop and slice broccoli and stems fairly thin.

2Saute garlic in oil.

3Stir-fry broccoli in garlic and oil.

4When almost tender, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over while still stirring with fork. Cook 2 more minutes and serve.
