Fried Broccoli(Delicious)

  • 1 head fresh broccoli
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, diced
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Chop and slice broccoli and stems fairly thin.

    Saute garlic in oil.

    Stir-fry broccoli in garlic and oil.

    When almost tender, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over while still stirring with fork. Cook 2 more minutes and serve.
