  • leftover roast beef, chicken or pork
  • 1 large can green chilies
  • diced onions
  • grated Longhorn cheese
  • cooking oil
  • medium or large flour tortillas

Directions

    In a saucepan, dip each tortilla in cooking oil. Add some of each remaining ingredient to each flour tortilla.

    Roll up as a burrito.

    Heat oil and fry each burrito until flour tortilla is brown on both sides.
