  • 3 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 pkg. burritos or taco seasoning mix
  • 2 small cans refried beans or 1 large size flour tortillas
  • Cheddar cheese
  • approximately 1 c. water

Directions

    Brown chuck; drain all fat off.

    Add seasoning mix and water; simmer until liquid is gone.

    Add beans and mix well.

    Put mixture on tortillas and roll up and deep fry.

    Add cheese before rolling up.
