- 1 medium head shredded cabbage (about 6 c.)
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Melt margarine in large skillet.

2Add shredded cabbage.

3Cook over low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Add salt and paprika and simmer until cabbage is just tender.

5Combine cream and vinegar and add to cabbage and stir gently.

6Serve hot.
