- 4 lb. catfish fillets
- 1 c. milk for soaking
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. corn meal
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp. crab and shrimp seasoning (optional)
- oil for deep frying
Directions

1Cut fillets into serving size (4 ounces).

2Soak fish in milk for 1 hour.

3Mix flour, corn meal, salt, pepper and crab-shrimp seasoning together.

4Drain fish and dredge in corn meal mix.

5Deep fry in 375° oil, a few pieces at a time, until golden brown.

6Keep pieces warm in 200° oven until all done.
