  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  • 4 red chilies Dried
  • 1 cauliflower small, in small florets
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 green bell pepper Diced

Directions

    Heat the oil in a large, heavy-based saucepan. Add the onion powder, mustard, fenugreek, and dried red chilies to the pan, stirring to mix.

    Reduce the heat and gradually add all the cauliflower and salt to the pan. Stir-fry the mixture for 7 to 10 minutes, coating the cauliflower in the spice mixture.

    Add the diced green bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry the mixture for 3-5 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
