Fried Cauliflower

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 c. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pinch of baking powder
  • water

Directions

    Break cauliflower into flowerets and cook in salted water until tender.

    Drain.

    While this is cooking, mix flour, salt, baking powder and eggs.

    Add enough water to make a real thin batter.

    Coat cauliflower in batter and fry real quick in hot salad oil on both sides.

    If any batter is left over, drop by heaping spoonfuls into hot oil
  7. 7
    and fry on both sides. Delicious!!!

    Drain on absorbent paper.
