- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. half and half milk
- 1 egg

2In a paper bag, mix the flour, salt and pepper.

3Dip chicken in the egg, then place in bag and shake.

4Fry chicken in a deep skillet until evenly cooked, approximately 30 minutes.
