- 1/2 tbsp pimentao or meat marinade
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 1/2 tbsp white wine
- 1 pinch of salt
- 12 chicken pieces
- 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 flour (to coat chicken)
- 1 oil for frying
Directions

1Marinade the chicken atleast 4 hours before using all the ingredients except for the flour.

2Coat well then place in fridge until it's time to cook.

3Place a good amount of flour on a shallow plate.

4Heat the oil, you can either deep fry the chicken for 10-12 minutes or until cooked.

5Or shallow fry on a low to medium heat which will take roughly 20-25 minutes, keep turning it often.

6Then piece by piece coat the chicken well with the flour and gently drop into the pan as you go along coating the chicken.

7When cooked, drain the chicken from oil and dry with kitchen roll.

8Squeeze some more fresh lemon juice on the chicken and serve immediately.
