1Wash and dry chicken.

2Sprinkle with seasoning salt (Accent) and black pepper.

3In bowl, beat buttermilk and eggs for 1 minute. Pour flour for dredging in chicken onto a plate.

4Add seasoning salt and pepper.

5Heat skillet and add Crisco to 1-inch deep.

6Roll chicken in flour; dip into buttermilk/egg mixture, then dredge again in flour.

7When oil is hot, add chicken.

8Cover and cook 10 minutes on each side.

9Remove and drain on paper towel.
