- 20 chicken thighs
- 2 c. shortening
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. onion salt
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 5 c. flour
Directions

1Preheat shortening in a frying pan.

2Mix eggs, salt, garlic salt, onion salt, pepper and lemon juice in a mixing bowl and mix 10 seconds.

3Pour flour in bag.

4Place chicken in the mixing bowl and cover with mixture.

5Shake the chicken in flour.

6Place chicken in frying pan and fry until golden brown.

7Repeat until all chicken is fried, turning twice.

8Serves 10 to 12.
