  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. pancake mix
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. water
  • small amount of pepper

    Cut chicken into small strips.

    Dip chicken into pancake and buttermilk mixture.
