- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley dressing mix
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions

1Soak chicken in salty water and refrigerate overnight.

2Drain well.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Dredge in flour.

5Place chicken into milk for 10 minutes. dredge in flour again. Then sprinkle on dressing mix. Place in hot oil (365° to 370°).

6Fry until golden brown.
