- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. Crisco
- 1 1/2 c. water
Directions

1After corn is cut from the ears, put in pot with Crisco, on medium heat, stirring to keep from sticking, for ten minutes.

2Add flour; cook for 10 minutes longer, then add water.

3Simmer and season to desired taste for 25 minutes longer.
