- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Place corn in pan; add 1 to 1 1/2 cups water.

2Stir in sugar, salt and bacon fat; cook until corn is tender.

3Beat egg well with beater; beat in flour.

4Thin mixture with 2 tablespoons water. Add to corn slowly, stirring.
