- 1 Tbsp. heavy cream (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Cut corn from cob into bowl, making sure to scrape milky white substance from cob.

2(You should have about 4 cups of kernels.) Melt butter in a large skillet.

3Add corn, cream (if using), salt and pepper.

4Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally for 10 to 15 minutes or until corn is tender.
