- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/3 stick butter
- pinch of sugar
- bacon grease
Directions

1Cut corn off cob and place in skillet with enough bacon grease to cover bottom of skillet.

2Add flour and butter.

3Salt, pepper and sugar to taste.

4Add enough water to keep it loose and from sticking.

5Stir regularly over medium to low heat.
