  • 1 lb. crabmeat
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 to 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
