- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. fish fry
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 lb. peeled crawfish tails
- oil
Directions

1In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk and Worcestershire sauce. In a separate bowl, combine the fish fry, flour, baking powder, salt, cayenne pepper and garlic powder.

2Dip the crawfish in the egg mixture and coat with the dry mixture.

3Heat the oil and deep fry

4the breaded crawfish until golden.
