- 1 lb. peeled crawfish tails
- 4 oz. milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 c. flour
- seasonings to taste
Directions

1Make a mixture of eggs, milk, baking powder and vinegar. Marinate crawfish tails in this for about 2 hours. Remove and season with salt and red pepper. Dip in flour and fry in hot fat until done. Doesn't take long.
