- tenderized venison
- Italian dressing
- salt
- pepper (black or cayenne)
- lemon pepper
- seasoned salt
- flour
- whole milk
- 2 eggs
- shortening
Directions

1Place tenderized deer steak into bowl and season with lemon pepper and seasoned salt.

2Cover meat with Italian dressing and place in refrigerator overnight.

3Mix approximately 3 cups milk and 2 eggs in a bowl.

4Place meat into batter and let stay 5 minutes.

5Place flour on cookie sheet and add salt and pepper to taste.

6Add shortening to frying pan until enough to cover meat. Dip meat into flour and place in frying pan.

7Fry until golden brown.

8For best results, use deep fryer.
