Chicken Spaghetti

- 1 fryer or 8 chicken parts, skinned
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. hot chili powder
- 1 large can tomatoes (I also add 1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with juice)
- salt and pepper
- 12 oz. spaghetti
- 8 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook chicken in water.

2Reserve broth!

3Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.

4Melt margarine and saute onion and green pepper until soft.

5Add chicken, chili powder, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in broth (add water, if needed). Drain.

6Mix spaghetti into sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.

7Layer spaghetti and cheese in an 8 x 11-inch baking dish.

8Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or so.
